In this episode, we continue introducing our predoctoral researchers. This time, we interview Jesús Montilla, a philosopher hired at the DaSCI Institute, who guides us through the complex terrain of artificial intelligence ethics, focusing especially on the concepts of positive and negative discrimination. 🔍 What do we mean by discrimination in AI?
Jesús explained that not all discrimination is necessarily negative: in some contexts, such as affirmative action, it can serve a reparative or compensatory purpose.
