By 2030, it is necessary to achieve the following targets:
- Achieve and maintain income growth for the 40% of the poorest
- Strengthen and promote social, political and economic inclusion. Guarantee equal opportunities
- Adopt fiscal, salary and social protection policies
- Improve regulation of global financial markets
- Facilitate migration and migration policies
- Special and differentiated treatment for developing countries, where financial flows are also encouraged
