We commemorate International Women’s Day with a special episode of SintonIA where we talk about Pioneras Informáticas, a project of the University of Jaén to spread the work of women in history. To tell us these fascinating stories we invited Dr. Lina García Cabrera from the University of Jaén and member of the DaSCI Institute. Together with her we discover how women have always been part of the history of computer science, from its beginnings until today, and how giving visibility to this group helps to promote STEM vocations in women and girls.
